We have booked rooms in two hotels to insure that all teams get the number of rooms they require. We are not responsible for providing rooms for family members.  However, if there are rooms available after all booking requests are settled, we will release them for families. It must be returned to us by 9 am Tuesday September 4, 2007.  Note:  If this form is not returned on time, we will be forced to decide how many rooms you will need and be billed for. Both hotels are providing the same services for you, and are downtown for easy access to social and night life of Halifax.  All rooms in both hotels have free internet access for those players bringing their computers (no excuse not to do homework now, is there ??!)  In addition, both hotels offer a room for team meetings as well as a common room for socializing The Queen Elizabeth II Health Care Center has provided us with computers for the player common room at the Holiday Inn for player use.  The Halifax Citadel has a computer in their lobby for players to use. Unfortunately, due to lack of response, breakfast specials have been cancelled. The price of the room will be $125 plus taxes per night per room.  All rooms are quads (two double beds), with a maximum of four people (4) per room.  We are holding a minimum of 8 rooms/team.  We have booked extra rooms, but they will be distributed on a first come/first served basis.   As some teams will want two people per room and some will want up to four per room, teams will need to let us know how many rooms they want as soon as the know they are coming The tournament accommodation co-ordinator contact person is Barb Stanfield - she can be reached  at dkstan@ns.sympatico.ca  or  barb.stanfield@cdha.nshealth.ca A daily laundry services will be provided.  For $25 per team a team can have uniforms (shirts/shorts and socks) cleaned and returned on time.  This service will be provided by 'Sameday Dry Cleaners'.   Holiday Inn Select  Halifax-Centre Map Website Located in the heart of downtown Halifax is the Holiday Inn Select Halifax Centre.
